The type of title sequence that this film uses is; Titles over moving images and also titles on a blank screen.

The first few credits are shown in white text against a black background and it then moves on to showing some moving images. The credits are then incorporated with moving images introducing some of the main characters and showing us the main setting of the movie which is their home. The moving images showing us the location of the house and the interior of the house suggests to use what genre the film is going to be about. There is both music and dialogue in the background as well which also suggest the tone and genre of the film. I can immediately suspect that the film is going to involve comedy from the opening credits.
